Die cutting machines are renowned for being well-built and sturdy. Although the inventory of die cutting parts is generally considered to be unimportant, but many small and medium-sized parts are still required to strengthen the machine’s working capacity. These parts include control accessories, chase, plates, clutch, slipping, carbon brushes, limit switches, censor lamps, transformers, and others.

Three levels of spare inventory are necessary to prevent machine breakdowns: level 1 is a collection of frequently used parts; level 2 is a group of parts and accessories that are crucial for increasing productivity and cutting down on make-ready times; and level 3 is emergency breakdown supplies and being ready for continuous production
