Description
cold (water-based) adhesive with plain film combination to laminate paper and box-based packaging products.
It is employed for film lamination using polyester, PVC, and BOPP. Because BOPP is readily available and environmentally friendly, it has historically been the most used film in the packaging and printing industries.
The machine has a rewinder, which is the most common feature of all the models that will follow, and the process is completed in either a sheet-to-reel or reel-to-reel fashion.
There are various technical specifications for these machines. For a wrinkle-free finish, laminating PVC, BOPP, and polyester films with minimum microns on sweet boxes, title covers, boxes, aluminum oiled plates, and other items.
