Description
With this new innovation, sheet separation from traditional manual cutting is eliminated, freeing up additional manpower and cutting down on finishing time with auto cut/separation.
When unwinding the film, a circular perforated blade must be added to make the corners easier to tear off during the separation process.
Given the lengthy drying time for cold processes, we advise separating sheets after making rolls offline and cutting them offline using the winding and unwinding process. Separators can be supplied with mechanical or pneumatic processes as in line or off line for cold applications.
